Terms and Conditions

Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain in the ownership of Enhance Land & Planning. Following payment of all fees, a royalty free non-exclusive licence to use such intellectual property for any purpose connected with the project is granted.

Enhance Land & Planning shall not be liable for the use by any person of any drawings or documents for any purpose other than that for which they were provided.

While Enhance Land & Planning is appointed for the purposes of seeking to obtain planning permission, the responsibility and liability for all CIL related work (see below) including the submission of forms, and payment of charges, shall rest with the landowner and/or client.

If plans and drawings are provided, Enhance Land & Planning shall hold no responsibility as a ‘principal designer’ beyond the planning decision which forms part of the quote proposal.

During any future construction stages, the reasonability for compliance with any relevant building regulations, health and safety requirements, and/or any other legislation, rests with the principal designer, client and contractor.
