Andy Golay


Andy has a Master of Arts in architecture and heritage, is a professional chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and an associate of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC). From his experience and training, he has developed a solid understanding of how places function and perform. Working collaboratively, Andy adds a creative and professional flare to projects, and thrives on challenge. ​​

Ellen Lawrence

Town Planner

In 2018, Ellen entered the private sector and joined Andy at Enhance Land and Planning. The work in the private sector particularly appealed to her due to the variety of schemes and the chance to develop a wider range of skills and experiences. She particularly enjoys having the opportunity to manage projects that interest her personally, from glamping to Grade II listed mansions.

Gilly Slater

Planning Manager – MSc MRTPI CEnv MIEnvSc

Gilly is a highly motivated and experienced planning consultant, having worked across a range of sectors across her six-year career. She has worked for charities, an environmental consultancy and planning consultancies, and brings her experience in securing permission for large-scale renewable energy schemes, residential developments and commercial projects to the Enhance team.
