Andrew Golay MA MRTPI Director/Partner

Andrew has a Master of Arts in architecture and heritage, is a professional chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), and an associate of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC). For 20 years he has served both the public and private sectors helping people to gain planning permission. He has worked to successfully deliver thousands of homes all across Cornwall, including numerous regeneration and heritage conservation projects. In 2015 Andrew formed GOLAY Planning to re-focus his time on areas of greater professional interest. Built from his reputation, the business grew to become Enhance Land & Planning in 2018. He has a particular passion for delivering growth, working closely with local parish councils and community groups, including Hayle Neighbourhood Plan, Cornwall Community Land Trust, St Ives Town Council, and numerous local collectives. Working collaboratively, Andrew adds a creative and professional flare to projects, and thrives on a challenge. ​​In his spare time, he enjoys riding, swimming, surfing, and walking with his family and their dog Barbara.
